Houston's favorite duo is back! David Caceres and Kamil Bonner reunite for a one-night only performance with the David Caceres Orchestra. Kamil’s platinum-toned voice blends gospel roots with formal training from the University of Central Arkansas, creating a sound that is both powerful and refined. She has shared the stage with Ray Charles, The Beach Boys, Fats Domino, Willie Nelson, Kenny Rogers, Chante’ Moore, The Pointer Sisters, Boney James, and Betty Carter, and appeared on Showtime at the Apollo with Steve Harvey. In 2003, she became the first winner of the nationally syndicated Gimme the Mike: Houston, later performing at the 2005 Presidential Inauguration “Stars and Stripes” Ball and touring Tokyo, Japan. She doesn’t just sing a song — she inhabits it. David Caceres has been entertaining Houstonians for over 25 years with his sultry voice and saxophone. He is arguably the most sought after band leader in the Southwest, offering numerous styles, from Big Band to today's popular music with his various sized groups.
